Lancaster VA Clinic is an outpatient facility located at 1703 North Memorial Drive, Lancaster, Ohio 43130-1634. The clinic provides primary care and specialty health services to veterans, including mental health services, laboratory and pathology services. The mental health program offers counseling and support for conditions including PTSD, depression, grief, anger, trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, and addictive behaviors. Services include individual and group therapy for psychiatric disorders, marriage and relationship problems, personality disorders, and aggressive or self-harming behaviors. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Services are free to eligible veterans. The facility provides wheelchair accessibility and coordination with Disabled American Veterans (DAV) van services and beneficiary travel benefits for transportation assistance to appointments.
