Ascend Recovery

Ascend Recovery is a comprehensive residential treatment provider founded in 2008 serving adult men and women with substance use disorders and mental health barriers. The program emphasizes emotional safety and an individualized, compassionate approach to uncovering core problems fueling substance use and avoidant behavior patterns. Ascend operates a continuum of three-phase care: Lakehouse (Phase One—Residential Treatment) provides intensive clinical support in a structured environment; Eagle View (Phase Two—Extended Care) bridges treatment and independent living; and Montgomery House (Phase Three—Transitional Living) solidifies recovery while clients integrate work, school, and long-term goals. The program addresses co-occurring mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD through dual diagnosis care integrating psychiatric support and therapy. Ascend offers trauma-informed treatment using EMDR, psychodrama, and somatic techniques, and provides specialized support for clients with chronic relapse patterns.
