Andwell Health Partners

Andwell Health Partners is a non-profit health services organization serving Maine communities. The organization provides home health, hospice and palliative care, behavioral health, and pediatric therapy services delivered in patients' homes and communities. Services include skilled nursing, personal care, chronic-condition support, hospice home care, palliative medicine, emotional and spiritual support, bereavement support, and integrated behavioral health services for children, adults, and families. Behavioral health services feature counseling and case management offered in office, at home, in the community, or via telehealth. Specialty services include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, and audiology. Andwell Health Partners operates across Maine and resulted from the merger of Hospice of Southern Maine and Andwell Health Partners, effective April 1, 2026.
