Addictions Recovery Center, Inc. (ARC) is a non-profit organization with over 50 years of history serving individuals and families in Jackson County, Oregon. The organization began as the "Alcohol Rehabilitation Center" on a ranch near Grants Pass, founded by Mariam Kelley and her husband David to support veterans with alcohol addiction. It became a non-profit in the early 1970s and expanded to inpatient care for women by the end of that decade.
