Addiction Allies LLC

Addiction Allies is Central Virginia's comprehensive Addiction Medicine and Substance Abuse Treatment program. They provide treatment for adults, adolescents, and pregnant women with substance use disorder, including those with co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Services include medical evaluation and treatment, counseling, peer support, case management, family support, Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP), Partial Hospitalization/Day Treatment, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) using buprenorphine (Suboxone) and naltrexone (Vivitrol). They treat substance use involving opioids, alcohol, stimulants, benzodiazepines, cannabis, and nicotine. The team is board certified physician-led and employs a compassionate, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to care. They accept most Virginia Medicaid plans, most Medicare plans, and commercial insurance, and offer affordable treatment for those without insurance.
