About this directory
Gamblers Anonymous is a free, anonymous fellowship of people who share their experience and support each other in stopping gambling. The only requirement to attend a meeting is a desire to stop gambling. You do not need to admit anything, commit to anything, or pay anything.
Cope Compass aggregates publicly listed Gamblers Anonymous meetings into one searchable directory. The listings here are filtered for tonight, but the underlying meetings are exactly the same as you would find through any official GA channel. We do not host the meetings; GA members do. We make them easier to find when you need one.
How to join
- Find a meeting above. The directory shows meetings sorted by day and time in your local time zone.
- Tap the join link. Most meetings are Zoom links — one tap opens the meeting.
- Copy the passcode if needed. Tap the passcode pill to copy it, then paste when Zoom asks.
- Join anonymously. Use only a first name, camera off if you prefer, microphone muted. Listening is fine.
Frequently asked questions
Are there GA meetings in the evening?
Yes. Evening meetings (after 6 PM local time) are some of the most attended GA sessions because they are when most people are home and not at work.
What if I am triggered late at night?
GA meetings run late into the night across time zones. Even at 2 AM your local time, there are meetings starting in other parts of the world. The live directory shows whatever is currently in session.
Are these meetings really free?
Yes. All Gamblers Anonymous meetings are completely free. There is no membership, no signup, no cost. Donations are voluntary and never required.
Do I have to speak or share?
No. You can attend with your camera off and microphone muted. Many newcomers spend their first several meetings just listening. There is no expectation that you say anything until you are ready.
Can I join even if I am in a difficult moment right now?
Yes. That is exactly what GA meetings are for. You do not have to be in a calm or composed state. Join, mute, listen. The act of being in the meeting is enough.
