Zumbro Valley Health Center Northgate

Zumbro Valley Health Center is a private, non-profit organization providing mental health, substance use disorder, and community-based services to twelve counties in Southeast Minnesota. The organization offers comprehensive programs for adults, children, adolescents, and families, including adult counseling, youth and family services, substance use and recovery services, community support services, mobile crisis and stabilization services, and residential treatment services. Staff work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans addressing psychological, medical, substance use, and social issues. The center employs an integrated approach to care with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other health professionals focused on supporting clients toward healthy and fulfilled lives.
