ZION offers outpatient substance use disorder and problem gambling services, an adult male residential/halfway house facility in Clarinda, and expanded mental health services following becoming the managing entity of Southwest Iowa Mental Health Center in July 2018. In July 2023, ZION was designated a Community Mental Health Center for Cass, Audubon, Guthrie, and Greene counties. The organization prioritizes creating a welcoming, safe, and confidential environment that respects patient dignity while supporting wellness through intervention, advocacy, and education.
