ZION Integrated Behavioral Health Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization formed in Southwest Iowa in 1973 to provide substance use disorder treatment and related services across six counties: Adair, Cass, Dallas, Fremont, Montgomery, and Page. The organization has offices throughout Service Area 12 in Atlantic, Shenandoah, Clarinda, Red Oak, Greenfield, Perry and Adel, as well as Service Area 13 in Creston, Iowa. Services include outpatient comprehensive substance use disorder and problem gambling treatment, as well as expanded outpatient mental health services. ZION operates an adult male residential/halfway house facility located in Clarinda, Iowa. The organization was recognized as a Community Mental Health Center in July 2023 for the counties of Cass, Audubon, Guthrie and Greene. ZION promotes respect, honesty, and integrity while providing a welcoming, safe and confidential environment that encourages personal growth and healing for individuals seeking substance use disorder, problem gambling, and mental health services.
