LifeStream Behavioral Center is a behavioral health and social services organization providing inpatient and outpatient treatment, residential, education, case management, rehabilitation, primary care, homeless services, affordable housing, and child welfare services. Founded in 1971, LifeStream serves children, adolescents, adults, and seniors across Central Florida. The organization operates a Mobile Response Team available 24/7 in Lake, Sumter and Citrus Counties and maintains a 24-hour Access Center / Crisis Line. Services include psychiatric care units, crisis stabilization units, addictions receiving facilities, youth recovery care centers, mental health services for adults and children, substance use disorder services, medication assisted treatment, and case management. The organization provides inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient rehabilitative services, as well as residential treatment and supported housing options.
