Youth Home is a private, not-for-profit psychiatric residential treatment facility serving teens in west Little Rock. Founded in 1966, the organization provides individualized, evidence-based care within a safe, home-like setting on a 42-acre wooded campus. Programs include a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF), Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) for foster youth, and on-campus accredited academics through Siebert School combined with therapeutic support. Outpatient therapy and family services are also available. The clinical team, comprising over 220 licensed and credentialed professionals, specializes in trauma-informed care and disorders of trauma and attachment, including Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD). The facility maintains low patient-to-staff ratios and offers 24/7 residential support with comprehensive therapy, education, and recreational services. Youth Home serves youth and teens who have attempted lower levels of care and require structured, longer-term residential treatment with integrated family work.
