Youth and Family Services Inc

Youth & Family Services (YFS) is located in Rapid City, South Dakota and provides programs and services in every county in western South Dakota. YFS serves more than 14,000 children and families annually. The organization offers a range of programs for children from prenatal through teen years and their families, including a Child Development Center, Counseling Center, Family Support and Advocacy Services, Head Start programs (both center-based and home-based for ages 0-5), a Middle School Program, Girls Inc. of Rapid City, nutrition services, and the Western Prevention Resource Center. The mission is to support children and their families in being capable, caring, and contributing members of the community.
