Your Recovery Counseling (YRC) is a nationally accredited outpatient mental health and behavioral health provider serving all 88 counties in Ohio. YRC offers individual and group counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, problem gambling, and anger management. The practice provides specialized trauma and PTSD treatment for first responders, grief counseling with funeral home partnerships, and re-entry and corrections services for individuals transitioning back into the community. YRC maintains CARF accreditation and state certifications from the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health. Services are available through virtual and in-person appointments, with assessments conducted Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:30pm and Saturday by appointment 10:00am-2:00pm. The practice collaborates with medication-assisted treatment prescribers and certified recovery housing programs to support comprehensive mental and physical health needs.

What a first session looks like
Virtual & In-PersonCall to schedule a free consultation and provide insurance information. Complete admission and screening documents via a secure email link. An Ohio Board Certified Licensed Therapist will conduct a comprehensive 1-hour assessment (Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:30pm, Saturday by appointment 10:00am-2:00pm) to evaluate severity of problems, formulate diagnosis and recommendations, and collaboratively develop a treatment plan.
