Yellow Hawk Tribal Health Clinic

Yellowhawk Tribal Health Center is located at 46314 Timíne Way in Pendleton, Oregon on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, seven miles east of Pendleton. The center focuses on prevention and wellness for the tribal community across all ages, from unborn children to elders. The center's mission is to empower the tribal community with opportunities to learn and experience a healthy lifestyle. Yellowhawk serves patients through two levels of eligibility categories: Purchased Referred Care (PRC) and Direct Care Only (DCO). The facility maintains an alcohol, drug, tobacco, and weapons-free campus.
