This practice provides office-based medication-assisted treatment (OBMAT) for opioid use disorder, offering Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone) in sublingual film and tablet forms. The treatment is complemented by substance abuse counseling, including individual and group counseling sessions to address addiction-related behavioral patterns and support long-term sobriety. The practice is staffed by Sarah Sprouse, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, and addiction counselors Heather Carnes and Tracey Sammons, with locations in Point Pleasant, Hurricane, and Teays Valley.
