Wise Path Recovery Centers is an addiction treatment and mental health provider serving West Virginia with three existing locations across the state. They offer integrated behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment through evidence-based, high-quality clinical care for individuals, families, and communities. Services include residential treatment with detox/withdrawal management, short-term residential programs, and medication-assisted treatment, as well as outpatient programs including intensive outpatient and standard outpatient services. Clients have access to individual and group therapy, medication management, relapse prevention, and case management. The organization provides both inpatient treatment in a structured, substance-free environment and outpatient services as a stepping stone from residential treatment or as a first step toward recovery.
