Western Mental Health Center

Western Mental Health Center is a non-profit organization established in 1958 that provides comprehensive mental health services to a six-county area including Lincoln, Lyon, Murray, Pipestone, Redwood, and Yellow Medicine counties in Minnesota. They offer an integrated, holistic approach to healthcare that works with clients to find balance between body, mind, and spirit. Services include outpatient therapy for individuals, couples, and families; psychiatric services for adults; medication management; substance use services; community programs; mobile crisis support available 24/7; and primary care. The center operates multiple offices across the service area and offers services both in-person and virtually via telehealth.
