Great to meet you

West Sound Treatment Center is a nonprofit treatment center that has been helping people on their road to recovery for 40 years. The organization provides substance use disorder treatment and related services to the Kitsap Peninsula from offices in Bremerton, Poulsbo, and Port Orchard, and through programs in the jail and courts. Services include outpatient programs, comprehensive assessments, alcohol and drug information school, relapse prevention treatment, medicated treatment, naloxone distribution, and transitional housing with case management, transportation, and additional support services. The center takes a holistic and culturally diverse, person-centered, strength-based approach to treatment that includes case management, housing, education, job placement, and court-involved services.
