Brooke's House is an addiction treatment center located in Hagerstown, Maryland, serving women recovering from alcohol abuse, opioid misuse, and substance use disorders. The facility offers comprehensive services including long-term residential substance abuse treatment, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and individual and group counseling. The residential program provides structured living, recovery support, counseling, and life skills development in a supportive environment. Individual counseling sessions of 45 to 60 minutes utilize evidence-based therapies such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Relapse Prevention Counseling. IOP services occur 4 days per week for a minimum of 9 hours of group treatment, supplemented by individual sessions at least twice monthly. Outpatient group treatment sessions lasting 60 to 90 minutes address topics including relapse prevention, interpersonal communication, coping strategies, and life skills. The program is focused on equipping women with tools for successful recovery and reintegration into independent living.
