Irene Arbelo is a licensed marriage and family therapist providing counseling and supervision services for Washington state residents. She has over 12 years of experience working with mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflicts, and stress. She works with children, teens, and adults providing individual, family, and group therapy. She approaches her work using a client-centered, strengths-based model, collaborating with clients to discover what they need and to help them uncover their strengths and purpose. Arbelo is a native Spanish speaker and licensed supervisor for therapists beginning their careers.
