VOA Behavioral Health Services

Volunteers of America Massachusetts (VOAMASS) is a holistic, integrated care provider offering behavioral health services to individuals in Massachusetts. The organization operates outpatient behavioral health programs and five residential behavioral health programs with over 100 beds across their facilities. VOAMASS serves individuals with behavioral health challenges and provides integrated services including employment and housing support alongside clinical treatment. Their approach emphasizes whole-person care through cross-disciplinary care teams, ensuring all clients in clinical treatment have access to employment and housing services, and all individuals receiving employment or housing support have access to clinical treatment. VOAMASS served 3,400 individuals in FY25 with a staff of 210 dedicated professionals.
