Vesta provides comprehensive mental health services across seven locations throughout Maryland for adults, children, and adolescents. Services include outpatient therapy, medication management, and substance abuse counseling for clients ages 7 and up experiencing anxiety, depression, and severe mental illnesses. The organization also offers Community Integration and day programs to help individuals with severe and persistent mental illness develop life skills and independence, as well as Residential Rehabilitation and Supported Living programs to support independent living. Vesta accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and UHC Medicare Advantage and offers flexible scheduling including same-day appointments, virtual walk-in intakes, weekend availability, and in-person walk-ins at select clinics. Multicultural interpretative services are available to accommodate a wide variety of languages.

Virtual walk-in intakes are available Monday-Thursday 1-3pm on Microsoft Teams with same-day availability on a first-come, first-serve basis. In-person walk-ins accepted at Silver Spring and Germantown clinics 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday. Weekend appointments available by calling ahead.
