Valley Behavioral Health is the largest provider of mental health services in Utah. The organization is a private non-profit behavioral health organization that focuses on services for individuals and families who cannot afford mental health care. Valley serves adults and children through multiple service lines including autism and intellectual/developmental disability services, community treatment and outreach, housing and homeless programs, outpatient treatment, residential treatment, and senior services. For children and youth, they offer autism services, day treatment services, outpatient services, and specialty programs. Specialty programs include ValleyLab for medication management, ValleyRx for simplified medication services, Carmen B. Pingree Autism Center of Learning, Adult Ability Center of Lifetime Learning, New Reflection House (a restorative and supportive environment for people living with mental illness), and MCOT in Tooele County. The intake process includes initial screenings and assessments to match clients with appropriate treatment. Walk-in hours are available for both adults and children.
