Valeo Behavioral Healthcare

Valeo Behavioral Health Care is a community mental health center licensed by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services and certified as a substance use disorders treatment facility. Founded in 1967, Valeo serves anyone who lives or works in the State of Kansas, with a particular focus on Topeka and Shawnee County. The organization operates 29 programs across nine locations, offering a full range of services including 24-hour crisis care, mental health intake, outpatient psychotherapy, integrated dual diagnosis treatment, expressive therapies, assertive community treatment, case management, peer support, and supported employment. Valeo provides essential mental health emergency care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through its Crisis Center and operates a Valeo Recovery Center. The organization is equipped to treat complex mental health and addiction issues, with a mission to promote behavioral health, wellness, and recovery through comprehensive and compassionate care.
