Fairview VA Clinic is a VA health care facility located at 1800 Northeast Market Drive, Fairview, OR 97024, operating Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic offers primary care, mental health services, laboratory and pathology services, pharmacy counseling, and enrollment assistance. Services include outpatient mental health care for conditions such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, addiction, schizophrenia, and OCD. The clinic provides individual and group therapy for psychiatric disorders, relationship problems, anxiety, addictive behaviors, personality disorders, and aggressive or self-harming behaviors. Additional services include laboratory testing, nutritional counseling through registered dietitians, and telehealth options. The facility does not provide emergency services. VA health care is available to eligible veterans and beneficiaries, some of whom may qualify without formal enrollment.
