Fairview VA Clinic is a VA health care facility located at 1800 Northeast Market Drive, Fairview, OR 97024, operating Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic offers primary care, mental health services, laboratory and pathology services, pharmacy counseling, and enrollment assistance.
