Urban Family Ministries is a faith-based nonprofit organization serving the Memphis, TN community and surrounding areas. They specialize in substance abuse treatment and support for adults and adolescents living with substance use challenges, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders. Services include intensive outpatient treatment, case management, relapse prevention, an adolescent behavioral modification program (ages 13-18), aftercare programs, anger management, domestic violence counseling, family counseling, grief counseling, trauma-focused services, drug screenings, and re-entry services for individuals transitioning from the criminal justice system. Treatment is provided in-person or via telehealth.
