Great to meet you

The Tennessee Institute for Gambling Education and Research (TIGER) was established over two decades ago to address gambling-related harm in the community. TIGER provides evidence-based mental health treatment for individuals experiencing gambling-related harm through the Gambling Clinic, which operates an expansive network of mental health specialists across three clinics in Memphis, Middle Tennessee, and East Tennessee. The organization also operates dedicated research teams committed to enhancing assessment, treatment, and interventions for gambling-related harms. TIGER's work on addiction has received external funding since 2005, with current efforts primarily funded by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. The organization's mission is to create and actively manage an accessible, evidence-based system of care to reduce the risk of gambling-related harms for all Tennesseans.
