What a first session looks like

Virtual & In-Person

Clients are picked up by transportation and brought to the program. They are greeted by the receptionist and shown where to have breakfast and coffee. A member of the intake team signs releases and program forms. A licensed clinician then conducts a clinical intake assessment to determine which program best suits the client's needs. The client is introduced to their assigned case manager and other clinical staff, then directed to their specific group room.
