TARC is a treatment and recovery center providing counseling services for substance use disorders and mental health issues. The organization is led by Executive Director Jaci Urie, LCSW, and offers services through a multidisciplinary team of licensed clinicians including Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Mental Health Clinicians. TARC provides counseling focused on addiction recovery, emotional and psychological health, co-occurring disorders, and domestic violence intervention. The center operates a Residential Substance Abuse Treatment (RSAT) program and facilitates multiple recovery groups including Relapse Prevention, Early Recovery, Interpersonal Patterns, Domestic Violence Intervention, Co-Occurring disorders groups for men and women, and Aftercare programming. Services include individual counseling and case management to support client stability and recovery outcomes.
