Assessments can be completed in approximately 2 hours, with results appointment scheduled approximately 7 days later. Walk-in substance use disorder assessments are accepted Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-3pm at 120 S 3rd St, Yakima, WA 98901.
