Trillium Place/HSC

Trillium Place is a not-for-profit organization affiliated with Carle Health, formed by combining Carle Health Behavioral Health Services, the Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery at Carle Health, Tazwood Center for Wellness, and Human Service Center. With locations in Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Lincoln, and Eureka, Trillium Place offers comprehensive addiction and mental health services in central Illinois. Services include outpatient and inpatient addiction recovery, withdrawal management, medication-assisted treatment, mental health counseling, psychiatry, and DUI services including court-ordered evaluations and Driver's Risk Education. The organization serves children, teens, and adults, with the newly opened Trillium Place Young Minds Center providing specialized mental health and behavioral health services for children and adolescents. Virtual behavioral health programs are available via telephone, tablet, or computer for both mental wellness and substance use disorders.
