The organization operates across five locations in central Illinois: Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Lincoln, and Eureka. Trillium Place provides comprehensive addiction and mental health services, combining inpatient and outpatient care through a system of hospital-based and community-based behavioral health programs. Activity Therapy. Structured therapeutic activities, recreation, movement, hands-on tasks, used as a vehicle for connection and emotional regulation. Often paired with talk therapy in residential and group programs.
