Trillium Place is a not-for-profit organization affiliated with Carle Health, formed in April 2019 through the integration of UnityPoint Health Behavioral Health Services, the Human Service Center, and Tazwood Center for Wellness. The organization operates across five locations in central Illinois: Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Lincoln, and Eureka. Trillium Place provides comprehensive addiction and mental health services, combining inpatient and outpatient care through a system of hospital-based and community-based behavioral health programs. The treatment team includes experts in psychiatry, addiction medicine, and behavioral health. Crisis services are available 24/7 through dedicated lines for different counties.
