TRI Center offers comprehensive outpatient treatment services across locations in The Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. The organization provides a continuum of care using a Level of Care design that allows seamless transitions from intensive day programs to standard outpatient services. Services include mental health-only programs, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders, intensive outpatient programs, evening programs, relapse prevention, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, vocational training and support, and alternative mind-body medicine. TRI Center also offers specialized programs for anger management, criminal justice populations, and culturally sensitive services for Latino and Spanish-speaking clients. Telehealth is available as an optional service to improve accessibility and continuity of care.
