Their Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for individuals continuing recovery while maintaining work, school, or family responsibilities. TRC also provides case management services to link clients to care, resources, and ongoing support. Detoxification programs typically last seven to ten days with medically supervised withdrawal management to ease anxiety and make the transition to a drug-free life safer and more manageable.

What a first session looks like
Virtual & In-PersonWhen you arrive, you will start with a quick pre-screening if not already done online or by phone. If eligible after pre-screening, you will meet with staff and a nurse for an assessment to understand your needs and provide the best support during your stay.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapy. Standard of care for opioid and alcohol use disorder; emerging evidence in gambling for impulsivity-targeting agents.
Group therapy
Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.
Medication management
Medication Management. Ongoing monitoring + adjustment of psychiatric or addiction medications by a prescribing clinician. Often paired with therapy, not in place of it.
