About Transitions
Transitions offers a range of mental health and chemical dependency treatment, housing, and developmental services for individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. The organization provides an intensive outpatient treatment program with co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency treatment services using personalized, client-centered, and evidence-enhanced treatment protocols. Clients receive group and individual therapy. Transitions also operates sober housing, board and lodging programs for women (Women's Cornerstone) and men (Men's Arches), and sober apartments for program graduates. The organization's programs aim to strengthen personal recovery skills in the dimensions of home, health, purpose, and community, helping individuals develop living skills necessary to maintain emotional, vocational, social, physical, and spiritual balance in recovery.
