Top of the Hill Counseling

Top of the Hill Counseling has provided outpatient substance use disorder treatment and evaluation services since 2004. Located in downtown Portland, Maine, they offer confidential and compassionate counseling to individuals struggling with alcohol or drug use, as well as counseling for affected family members. They conduct substance use evaluations for DEEP, court-ordered, probation, and other needs. In 2020, they expanded to offer telehealth services to anyone in Maine. The agency is state-licensed and staffed by skilled clinicians with combined recovery and treatment experience. They serve both individuals with substance use disorders and their loved ones, helping families understand the disease and navigate its impact.
