Tomorrow's Children is a licensed residential care center for boys and girls ages 5 to 18 located in Waupaca, Wisconsin. Established in 1973, the program specializes in serving children and adolescents with multiple diagnoses, mental illness, severe emotional disturbance, aggressive behaviors, and sexually inappropriate behaviors, including those with multiple placement failures. The program provides a structured, safe, home-like environment across ranch homes situated on 15 acres. Services include individual and group counseling integrated into individualized treatment plans, family and caretaker involvement through training and counseling, medication management, psychological and psychiatric consultation, on-grounds education with public school collaboration, daily exercise and physical activities, parent training, and intensive behavioral programming. Staff maintain a high ratio of caregivers to children with comprehensive 24-hour awake supervision.
