THRIVE Wellness and Recovery

THRIVE Wellness and Recovery is a not-for-profit organization established in 2024 through the merger of Credo Community Center for the Treatment of Addictions, Inc. and Transitional Living Services of Northern New York. The organization provides mental health and addiction programs and services for children, adolescents, adults, families, and caregivers across sites in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties in Northern New York. THRIVE offers comprehensive person-centered services including outpatient and residential programs, care management, housing, community-based services, and Narcan training and kit distribution. The organization is certified by the New York Office of Addiction Supports and Services and the New York State Office of Mental Health, and holds CARF International accreditation for its Opioid Treatment Program. Services are available to all individuals regardless of ability to pay, with sliding fee scales available for uninsured individuals.
