THRIVE Wellness and Recovery is a not-for-profit organization established in 2024 through the merger of Credo Community Center for the Treatment of Addictions and Transitional Living Services of Northern New York. The organization provides mental health and addiction services across the lifespan to individuals, families, and the community in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties, New York. THRIVE offers same-day or appointment-based outpatient services, care management, short and long-term residential care, transitional and permanent supportive housing, peer-based services, and assistance connecting with community resources. The agency delivers individual and group therapy, medication management, vocational education, outreach, and training. THRIVE is committed to person-centered, safe, respectful, high-quality, and equitable services for children, adolescents, and adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, and opioid use disorders.
