THRIVE Wellness and Recover Inc

THRIVE Wellness and Recovery is a not-for-profit organization established in 2024 (through the merger of Credo Community Center for the Treatment of Addictions, Inc. and Transitional Living Services of Northern New York) that provides mental health and addiction programs and services for children, adolescents, adults, families, and caregivers. The organization operates sites in Jefferson, Lewis, and St. Lawrence Counties in Northern New York. THRIVE offers outpatient, residential, care management, housing, and community-based services, as well as Narcan training and kit distribution. The organization is committed to person-centered services that promote wellness and recovery. A sliding fee scale is available for individuals without insurance based on family size and income, and payment plans and insurance enrollment support are also provided.
