Thrive is a comprehensive substance misuse prevention and recovery services organization based in Indian River County, Florida. Founded in 1989, the organization has grown from a small referral resource into the leading provider of prevention, recovery, and treatment services in the region. Thrive offers prevention education programs through partnerships with over 20 schools and nonprofits, as well as recovery services including Day Treatment, Outpatient Services, Recovery Housing, and Peer Support for youth and adults with substance use disorders. The organization also operates state-of-the-art drug testing services serving judicial institutions, businesses, and child welfare programs. Services are provided by licensed clinicians and certified peer support specialists utilizing evidence-based approaches.
