Thrive Behavioral Health is the designated Community Mental Health organization for Kent County in Rhode Island, serving over 2,500 clients annually with both mental health and substance use treatment services. The organization provides recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and family-focused care to people regardless of age, income, or insurance status. Services are delivered on an outpatient basis at offices located in Warwick, West Warwick, Warren, and Providence, with six residential treatment programs throughout the state. Thrive operates evidence-based program teams including Integrated Health Home (IHH), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and Housing First outreach that eliminate barriers by providing direct services in clients' homes. The organization also runs the Eleanor Briggs School for children with behavioral and emotional difficulties, and provides court diversion services, emergency services available 24 hours a day, and partnerships with school systems across the state.
