The organization operates two residential facilities in Mobile and Spanish Fort with a total capacity of 82 beds. The Shoulder treats adult men and women struggling with alcohol and drug abuse, with special consideration for pregnant individuals with substance use disorders, individuals with IV substance use disorders, women with dependent children, and individuals who are HIV positive.
