The organization serves the community regardless of ability to pay and emphasizes a holistic approach to healthcare that addresses emotional well-being, housing, family, and work challenges alongside physical health. Services include general medical care, substance abuse and behavioral health treatment, family planning, and care coordination services across several Syracuse locations including their main facility at 930 S. Salina Street and additional sites at 819 S. Salina Street, E. Fayette Street, and Oswego Street.
