Sunrise Centre of Alpena, MI is a non-profit 501(c)(3) residential treatment facility that has been providing addiction treatment services since the early 1970s. The facility operates 41 beds and serves individuals from across the state with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Sunrise Centre offers a continuum of care including detoxification, inpatient treatment services, case management, peer recovery coaching, early intervention, and outpatient treatment services. The organization also hosts recovery support group meetings including Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous that are open to the public seven days per week. Treatment is guided by a mission to move individuals from active addiction to quality recovery encompassing social, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing through individualized, person-centered care.
