Straight Talk Counseling, headquartered in Orange County, has provided affordable, high-quality counseling and prevention services since 1971. The organization offers a range of mental health, substance abuse, and rehabilitative services to individuals and families with limited access to care. Services include individual, family, and couples counseling at locations in Santa Ana and La Mirada; school-based counseling for elementary, junior high, and high school students; support groups and wellness classes; in-home counseling for homebound and socially isolated older adults; and addiction and mental health treatment through Gerry House to help clients and families achieve sustained recovery. The mission is to make mental health, substance abuse, and rehabilitative services available to those for whom access or utilization would otherwise be limited or unavailable.
