Stepworks of Nicholasville

Stepworks offers residential, detox, and outpatient addiction services across the state of Kentucky with locations in Bowling Green, Elizabethtown (Crowne Pointe and Woodland Dr), London, Nicholasville, and Paducah. The organization provides a 30-day detox and residential program, an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that includes three group therapy sessions and one individual therapy session per week, sober living apartments for managed transition, and medication-assisted treatment with physician-managed medications like Suboxone or Vivitrol.
