Steppingstones is a substance abuse treatment provider offering an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for recovery from alcohol and drug use. The IOP consists of 30 sessions over 6 weeks, delivered 3 hours each session, with groups offered twice daily (mornings and evenings) Monday through Friday to accommodate work and family schedules. The program provides evidence-based treatment from experienced licensed clinicians and certified addiction counselors, with individualized care plans tailored to each patient's circumstances. Clients develop coping skills for managing cravings, co-occurring conditions like depression and anxiety, stress management, relapse prevention, and relationship improvement. Following the 6-week intensive phase, clients transition to a one-year aftercare program meeting once weekly at no additional charge. The provider also offers outpatient counseling for mental health concerns unrelated to addiction, including post-partum depression, mood stabilization, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Steppingstones specializes in treating co-occurring disorders where substance abuse and mental health issues are present simultaneously, using an integrated approach.
